AGP Texture Acceleration Not Available

Hey guys, im having a problem. Im kinda a noob with this stuff, so i could use some help. Ok..I reformatted, and now with everything installed, i notice in dxdiag it says "Agp Texture Acceleration Not available..." I have a Radeon 9800 pro, and under smartgart i change the agp settings to 4x just to test it out.. i restart and its back to off (where its at default). Ive gone into my bios and i find a setting called AGP Apeture size.. and thats it... I have a brand new MSI 865PE Neo2-P mobo. Any Help on what i should do to get my AGP settings to work would be real nice. Thanks in advance..

This is very noobish, I dont think I have. My Mobo didnt come with any cds except for one with just a ton of programs i dont want. Can you point me in the direction of what I should get? The name of my mobo again is MSI 865PE Neo2-P. Sorry to trouble you with this. THanks AGain
