Airsoft?

Not lead pellets, 6mm plastic BBs i think

Using lead pellets would be like shooting someone properly. Which isnt much fun :/

you want a solid stock and no other things, expect maybe some old branches taped on with camo tape :flame:
heh, its just cool to look at. I konw the solid stocks are better for rifles because of bigger batteries, but i dont mind much.

Ehh, now im leaning toward another 2....

The super killer(pics on first page) and a Colt 1911, also made by HFC.

1911- http://www.airsoft1.com/product.asp?0=205&1=216&3=192

the 1911 has a greater FPS, but the super killer just looks so damn awesome.

Looks like I get to prove you wrong. Now I got this out of a dictionary so I'm just going to copy and paste.

The foot per second (symbolized ft/s or ft/sec) is the unit of linear speed in the foot-pound-second (fps) or English system. This quantity can be defined in either of two senses: average or instantaneous.
Average linear speed is obtained by measuring the distance in feet that an object travels in a certain number of seconds, and then dividing the distance by the time. If savg represents the average speed of an object (in feet per second) during a time interval t (in seconds), and the distance traveled in that time is equal to d (in feet), then:

savg = d / t
Instantaneous linear speed is more difficult to intuit, because it involves an expression of motion over an "infinitely short" interval of time. Let p represent a specific point in time. Suppose an object is in motion at about that time. The average speed can be measured over increasingly short time intervals centered at p, for example:

[p-4, p+4]
[p-3, p+3]
[p-2 , p+2]
[p-1, p+1]
[p-0.5, p+0.5]
[p-0.25, p+0.25]
.
.
.
[p-x, p+x]
.
.
.

where the added and subtracted numbers represent seconds. The instantaneous speed, sinst, is the limit of the measured average speed as x approaches zero. This is a theoretical value, because it cannot be obtained except by inference from measurements made over progressively shorter time spans.

It is important to realize that speed is not the same thing as velocity. Speed is a scalar (dimensionless) quantity, while velocity is a vector quantity consisting of speed and direction. We might say a car is traveling at 60 ft/s, and this tells us its speed. Or we might say the car is traveling at 60 ft/s at a compass bearing of 25 degrees (north-by-northeast); this tells us its velocity. As with speed, we might specify either the average velocity over a period of time, or the instantaneous velocity at an exact moment in time.

The foot per second is often used by lay people when talking about speed, particularly in the United States. But scientists, and most people in other parts of the world, use the meter per second (m/s), which is the standard unit of speed in the International System of Units (SI).

So in english, it is the speed not the acutal "distance".Due to the round shape of the pellet it wouldn't allow it to go far.

spring guns go about 5-10 yards strait, gas guns go about 20, 30 or 40 yards strait. AEG is about the same. Custom airsoft guns however...can shoot farther and straiter than a decent paintball gun. So hush.

That acutally helped to prove my point. So thank you.

Um not really....spring guns are cheap and they arnt made for tournies, so they dont have great range. Custom made gas guns and AEG rifles shoot better than paintball guns.

And by custom i mean adjustable hop-up and better barrels.

But still does a fully custom airsoft m4 shoot out to 1000 feet?

Uhhhh....duh, why would a paintball company make a paintball gun that shoots 1000 feet on a field thats only about 50 to 100 feet long???

its hellllllllla nice.....i cant belive they put in a $100+ gun, a $70 silencer, a $30 LAM, and a $20 case all for around $115. uncompany has the TM Mk23 pack for $110, i think ill be buying it from there...

gonna get a gas sidearm with that? They have some nice ass gas non blowback pistols for under $50

$15....it gets you one can. One can that lasts you over 10,000 rounds....

I used to play this with my cousin, although i stopped because he deliberately tried to shoot me in the eye. Fortunately i put my hand in the way before he could do it. Although that meant my hand was over the end of the gun and it ended up with a pelet stuck in it.

You shoulda kicked his ass for trying to do that.

yea really...if i had a cousin that did that to me...i wouldnt just kick his as...id either cut him or kill him. Of course sayin he tried to do it on purpose.

edit: Im not kidding either...my eyes are my eyes...i woulda killed him.

Oh, igneri, dose www.uncompany.com have warehouses in the US? Cause if they dont id rather not take the risk of having my gun going through customs.

airsoft is kinda like paintball but you dont have paint, it's based on being truethful, and the pellets are tonned down from a bb gun. and the pellets go alot father than 60ft

I've never tried airsoft, although i have wanted to for quite some time now. However, i am a huge paintball fan.
