Ahhh! The Video Capture has mysteriously disappeared!
Well, not necessarily the Vid Capture, but it no longer detects channel 3 or 4. Those are the only channels to use for Satellite. It was working fine, until someone jacked with it. Anyway, I had the Analog TV tuner option selected. My friend was watching TV, then after I leave, he decided it would be cool to watch the Satellite on my desktop and on my TV. So, while running the TV on my PC, he plugs the A/V Composite Cables to the TV. He told me the screen turned black, and the PC went into Standby. So, I'm thinkin' he fried the TV Tuner on the AIW Chipset. I even reformatted the HDD, and reinstalled everything. Nothing works.

Can anyone confirm if the Tuner has malfunctioned?

BTW: I run Win 98SE. Hotfixes for Win XP will not help.

Well, it sure sounds like it fried..
So he used TV out? If so, he might have tweaked with the resolution so it would look good (raise it maybe?), which would result in frying it.. I almost fried my 7500 doing that..

I'm not quite sure, but I think that could be it.. :|

I wouldn't know anything that would fix that tho.. ;(
