Alien Swarm first person modification

The game Alien Swarm has been releases by Valve in 2010 . I think it is a great
game with great content and story, but I personally don't like the top-down
control. Therefore I started to work on a first person view modification. The
video shows a first prototype:

I have to say, I love the concept.

Seems a lot like Left 4 Dead, in a good way.

I might purchase this (would need to see more, but I was definitely wishing for a FPS version of this game when it came out). Another bug hunt? Yes please.

Looks like a great mod! When the game first came out, I only really played it for the tf2 hat and the top down didn't appeal to me at all. Interesting story though, and I think this mod will add to the replayability.
