I jsut came back from watching this movie... It wasnt that bad.. I think it could have been better.. they should have had the tittle: Aliens vs Predators & Humans

The whole point of this movie was to attract kids, that's why FOX went for the PG-13 rating. They didn't give a damn for any of the mature Alien and Predator fans who are generally a lot more critical of movies and wanted a lot more out of this movie than bullet time face huggers and slow-mo baywatch type running.

They pleased the kids so that's all that matters I guess, FOX will get their money from you guys.

NO, it got a pg-13 rating because its gore from aliens that we see and not humans.

Wow, yea I just saw the movie last night, and SHEIT!!!1one This movie was f*cking aaaaaaaawesome. The Predators look so bad ass dude, you wouldn't f^cking believe it. The aliens look f^cking awesome, too. But yea, definately worth my ~8.5 dollars... I'd even see it again.

Fox actually went for a PG-13, they also cancelled the press-junket (a pre-screening for critics) in order to get as many people to see it in it's opening couple of days as possible because they knew that they had a weak movie on their hands.

The simple fact of the matter is Fox couldn't rely on the strength of the movie in order to make back what they invested so they had to rely on lots of kids going to see the movie when it opened. They effectively tried to use the strength of the franchises it's based on to make it successful.

Bah... I'm not gonna be able to write a review tonight...it's 3:30am here...I have my important things to do before I go to sleep...

Quick Version: Go see it. Really. The aliens and Predator together made it all worth-while. The theater I was in was packed to capacity, and three times during the moive the theater erupted in applause and cheers. There are problems, but not enough to ruin the movie.

Did you beat up the guy with the camcorder? You might've been in the same theatre as him. Those crazy American's always clapping and cheering whenever somebody died. I didn't think the movie was too hot so i'm not going to see it when it comes out over here.

Too dark. Too short. No plot.

I guess it's alright, not good not bad.
