You can get more than 10 I think, but you'd be banned anyway, so it wouldn't make a difference.

I think it is possible to have 11 warnings, but not a warnings level of 11. You see these warnings go away after some time, so when your warnings level is low you could ask for more.

It is more than possible to get 11 points or more. On the test forum that we tried the system on first, Crushenator has 32 warning points. It just means you're permanently banned 3 times.

Say you got a 2 point spam warning, that wears off in 20 days, but say you also personally attacted someone on the same day, that is 4 points and 40 days, so after 20 days, your warnings would decay from 6 to 4
