It means you don't have a clue about how IQ tests work. They're designed to be offset by an empirically derived IQ/age curve, so your IQ shouldn't change very much over the course of your life, whether you're 13 or 30.

hehe, there's a tiny element of truth to the story. In the company I work for, I've heard rumours about a devision who (legitimately) use the HL/HL2 engine to do military research. But, you didn't hear it from me!
