Alyx problem in Nova Prospeckt

Everytime I get to a loading part, another Alyx spawns right next to me. So when she is on the speaker, i had one right next to me. And there part where I right now there is two Alyxs, anyone else have this problem? Also the random spawning one got stuck in a door and it gave me the black screen and loaded.

Happened to me too just a while ago. Then when Alyx showed up after I defended the first station I had two Alyxs. The "Fake" one just followed me around, then started squating, or something. After the real Alyx showed up, the fake one stayed with her. Heres some picks. I had to chop'em up and shrink'em to fit the attachment limit

Its only user specific bugs that they missed mostly..

Those are hard bugs to kill cuz you dont know they are there until you release the game and let thousands of people play, then those kinda bugs popup..
