And i say for what, for the few moments of overwhelming exctasy that we will exsperience, the endorphins flowing freely, giving us a natural high, and a boner. That is what i look forward too, that drug half life.

But then there is always afterward, when im not living in the moment of playing the game, leaving me only to dream, about how long it will take me to play again. You know, a few years afterword, the feeling will be all but forgotten, and the time youy spent playing this game. You realise, "Ive spent 6 years of my life, sitting in a chair, looking at 1's and 0's just to realize that hey, i enjoyed the good days, now it is time to move on.....................

Yeh right, LONG LIVE COMPOUTER GAMING!

I rarely find a thread worth posting, thank you, and take heed, hl2 will change my life.

What we are experiencing is the real example of where the next level of FPS gaming is going. This is not only a breakthru game but sets the "bar" so much higher that the "next-gen" is perhaps......I don't even know how to describe?!?! From what I've seen this one takes the term "mindblowing" off the availability list. Soooo....what comes next? Actually feeling pain when a shot hits?
This is a real advance in not only FPS gaming but for the "reactability" of the environment. w00t!!!!!!! What comes next?
