I just thought it'd be a warm, green jumper...possibly with some patches on the elbows for that extra ruggedness.


Although I'm obviously not on this guy's level, I've been doing a lot of stuff like that the past 12 months. Its actually great fun, I suggest you all try it. Keeps you fit as well.

yeah i saw that show on c4, it was good, made me want to do it for like 5 minutes.

Alot of these clips are done by that guy from the bbc advert, where he jumps through all those buildings to get home or something, i loved the music it was a great advert, hes a pretty pro jumper.

Two movies with parkour in them: Yamakasi and Banlieu 13

Banlieu 13 has some awesome pk in it, but you might have to "obtain" it on the net instead of buying it, and there doesn't seem to be subtitles anywhere...

Yamakasi has a sort-of-sequel I hear, the same actors but new story, called "les fils du vent" (sons of the wind) but I haven't seen it.


Edit: The guy in the clip is David Belle, he's pretty much seen as the "inventor" of parkour as a discipline.

I can do a hand spring too, and a one handed cartwheel..

lol, I only did that once!!!


Most of the time allmost doing one involves knowing you dont have the hight + momentum... so you put down your hands out of instinct....
