Yep, if there was any new footage out in the wild there are simply so many HL2 fans around, that we'd have had a bunch of cloned "new screensh0ts!!! w00t!!!" threads on the subject by now.

Then why on earth would Valve give a small hardly ever seen show the right to show new footage? If it was new they'd want the most seeing it, probably sending it here or gamespy or something first so its noticed. Which is why simmo and I don't believe its new stuff, it simply wouldn't make good business sense in this case. :\
