Amazing...

I had seen that before, but I wouldnt belive it. They also said that 2 7800gtx's could do something like 22k, and that isn't the case now that people actually have them.

EDIT: Hmmm, I could have sworn I saw the 22k thing, but now as I am seacrhing I can't find it. Oh well.

o i c, well still even if its off by a thousand or 2 its still better than a 7800gtx. By the way dumb dude, i noticed u have almost the exact system specs as the computer im about to buy. How does it run? Perfectly id suspect

One things for sure, I can see these cards burning up and having shorter lifespans, if they dont sort out some efficient cooling methods.

It runs really really great. Runs everything you throw at it at the highest settings (for the exception of BF2 which stutters on high textures for some reason).

Why cares about the 3Dmark2005 score anyways? When do I ever fire up 3Dmark for a couple rounds of deathmatch? Ill believe it when I see it (and that goes for any new Nvidia claims too).

Also I would consider more ram as battlefield 2 has a reccomended of 2GB or more for top settings. Either that or you need to get a 512MB videocard which they dont make in 7800 varieties yet.
