These are by far the best videos ive seen and let me tell you guys this game is looking far better than any game ive seen graphically and gamplay wise NO JOKE IMO IT BEATS HL2.
 
i still havnt seen that 9 min vid, my pc messes up when i dl it :(

but yep, this game is gonna be amazing!
 
Please enlighten me on which video you consider to be the best so I can download that one and only that one and conserve my oh-so-unprecious bandwidth.
 
Well the "Trailer" video is short and sweet, but its the 122mb "gameplay" one thats really amazing. Its got tons of gameplay and demonstrations.

The gameplay link just goes to a FilePlanet page with no download links...
how lame.

Looking fantastic. Everything looks absolutely gorgeous! I just preordered my copy on Saturday.

It really looks like they've nailed the best gameplay elements. Definitely a contender for GOTY. :)
 
I cant wait to play this on Lan, more fun is on its way.. again :)

Oh yeah!

Music in the videos is horrible though.

Edit: cool thing about the medics, the medpacks they drop can be seen and picked up by the enemy.

Oh my lord, is it possible for a game to look really good and fun at the same time?!
Damn, I'm getting really giddy now.

I wish they would've left the original game sounds in the videos. ;(

Yeah, vid looks not bad but its all a bit death matchy for me :(

EDIT:: Oh christ, I just notticed theres a bit with a guy firing from a parachute... :(

EDIT 2 :: LOL, not to mention the guy that decides to EJECT from a helicopter (indeed) at 50m .... brill

i presume you can turn off those onscreen tags for your teammates, looks messy on screen.

The guy playing it says that you can turn off the 3D map if you already know the locations of flags and such.

no not the map, the tags on the screen telling you where your tms are, with 31 teammates i dont want these tags all over the screen.
 
They call those tags the "3D Map" just like in Vietnam.
Its a great function for not bombing teammates and such.

they call the nametags the 3d map? *confused*no im not talking about the map, all your tms have their name tags above their head, you can see their names through buildings n stuff, all of them, looks messy.
 
Yeah, thats it. They have tags for the players and the points to capture. During one of the demonstration vids he even shows how to turn it off and on.

oh ok i know he said you could turn off the map, i thought he meant the map in the top right hand corner of the game screen, not the tags over the players heads, maybe its not as distracting when your playing i guess, i just didnt like having all these tags all over the screen.

The 3d-map is actually quite useful in BF:V. It only shows teammates in a 300 meter vicinity, so you don't get a screen cluttered with teammate-icons. And like someone else said: it's very handy if you don't want to bomb teammates.
