Oh yeah. Great prices.
Um, I don't think anything in July. Might see some stuff in August. But they might be Opterons rather than 'desktop' chips. I'm not that clear on their plans.

Supposedly Phenom will be the higher end desktop chip (Q4 2007) and will be compatible with AM2 too, Athlon X2s will be entry level and Sempron will be value.

Pretty basic, not divided by quarters. Only divided by 1H and 2H of 2007 and 2008. AM3 isn't listed until 2008. Of course the cool part is all the sockets will be compatible with each other. But there are more features enabled with the newer sockets (faster HT bus, split power planes for power savings).

When it came out it was priced between the E6600 and E6700. I think the 'old' 6000+ price (229) is about the same as what the E6600 is now.
It is competitive with the E6600 although overall not the better of the two. A lot of process tasks (video encoding) show the difference even more.

Considering they ran this at 800x600 to expose the CPU the most, there is very little difference in games.
