A reason?

Hell bearly anything has changed...I expected a massive overhaul and all we got was a little more content, a few links, and black freakin borders?Or am I missing something here?

No one's being sarcastic. You're just seeming ungreatful.

You're obviously not a big fan of content so I'd recommend you stick to the forums. Although if you think you can do a better job there'll be some content writer positions opening up soon.

It's not the content...I couldn't care less about it.What me and qck was hinting at is the layout.I was expecting something way more different then what it is now.We wait for a few a months and munro continues "hyping it up" as a fellow forum member has said...then releasing it and all we get is layout that has bearly changed.Sure the content is all great and dandy, but the front page is still boring and bland.

Oh and it ain't being ungreatful...it's called being a critic.Anyways I guess I'll stick to the forums like you said.

Congratulations to the little "re-launch". I liked the old style so I don't mind that this is just an update. It looks great and that is all that matters. The new content and the new structure is very good.

I just don't like the change from buttons to text-links in your Affiliates section

But I really love the new slogan. Reminds me of Star Wars Episode III ("I am the senate").

True, I did expect some huge overhaul, but an update/change, however minor, is still good enough for me.

It does look a bit nicer, might be the colour scheme. Or the lack of those bars.
But from the look of things Halflife2.net has slightly more content, albeit no poll.

I like the new layout, its... shiny.

The only thing I don't like is the banner at the top, it just needs to be a bit more interesting, otherwise great work. :thumbs:
