I suggest if any of you have ever wondered how an intelligence agency works then you really should download this book - tells you MI6 testing procedures, recruitment and field techniques. Also some quite interesting evelations, for eg, did you know that during that 1992 UK election, one of the Tory candidates was taking money from an intermediary linked to Radovan Karadizc, the Bosnian Serb warlord?

Its a great book on the abuses of unchecked power by the secret state within the state - the intelligence services.

PS - the first 2 chapters are a bit boring, but the good stuff starts in chapter 3. Oh and the author released it onto the net.
