I spoke to :V: today...

Here's what I learned...

*Not aware of Derek Smart's intentions for FS3 until I told them, but knew who he is from his 'work'.

*:V: will scope out our community, I gave them our url.

*Interplay will either take the FS series license to hell along with the company or sell it.

*Interplay STILL holds the rights at this moment.

*:V: will be talking to Interplay, very very soon...

I'm scared. Really. Derek Smart buying the Freespace series reminds me of Michael Jackson buying the Beatles songs.
