I have those same exact options where I live, except the fastest DSL I can get to my house is 300 kB/s, and the only cable internet provider that can get to my area is Comcast, which I've heard dreadful reviews about. ****ing sucks.

Well, I am actually, but even if I was just getting 3Mbps from Comcast, its not like I'd get that speed from AT&T's service, since they lie about their speeds just as much as Comcast does.

This. Charter Cable Automated customer service is awful. As are their workers that wear their boots into your house without coverings on their feet. Doesn't matter if you have complaints either. The cable goes out here at least twice a month, and it takes them half a day to fix it.
