Animation Problems

I have acquired a particularly lame animation for the reload of the duels, but for some reason when I put in a whole new skin and delete the old files, the same reload animation is there. What is happening and what can I do?

hmm... im guessing you downloaded a .mdl file at first ( containing the animation ), and now you have replaced the vmt/vtf files for the new skin. I Think if you look in your -mod-/models/ folder and delete the .mdl file, everything should work fine
