Another error

I have tried to start CSS the past 2 nights, but all that comes up is an error message that says the game is not available, please try again at another time. Well, this is really annoying because I can still look at the servers and see that people are playing. Anyone know how to fix this?

Restart your computer.
Happened to me yesterday, restarting fixed it.
