If i get a AMD 2800+ will i have to go with DDR 333 ram?

or can i use PC3200 Ram 400?

ta

You can use either RAM.

I believe it's better to have the FSB of your CPU and RAM in sync though.

I actually dont even really know how much of a difference there is, i just know it's better to have your CPU and RAM's FSB the same. Also for 400MHz FSB, your motherboard has to be able to support it.

dude just get a asus p4c800e with ddr400 ram,

cost u 250 bucks if u get 256

as long as the ram ain't slower than the fsb of the processor you have no problem.

There is a small performance difference running pc2700 vs pc3200 on a 333fsb. Pc2700 is slightly better for a 333fsb because they would be run in sync. With pc3200 there are timing differences.
As long as you are not OCing, why not just save the money and get the better performing setup (pc2700 on 333fsb)?
Just make sure you get Ram with low timings. That is key.
