anoying weapon model thing

im gettin this really anoying problem. at first i compiled the model and it worked fine accept for the fact that the texture wasnt showing up. i realised i hadnt merged the attributes when i merged the meshes together so i had to go back and rig the whole thing again. now when i compile i see nothing in first person and in thirdperson it appears to have rotated. what is the comand to rotate the animations in the qc file. is it a space after the animation line and then ROTATE -90? also anyone know why this might be happeneing?
 
yeah, the "ROTATE -90" should sort it out, and it doesnt matter which 3d program you use. you sometimes get the same problem of rotation with vehicles and characters when you compile them, and in those cases, if you rotate your phymodel in the 3d program you use before you export it, it compiles ok. if this also applies to weapons, I dont know, as I havnt made a weapon model yet, but maybe it will apply, try it
 
its not working lol. i meen its compilign so the rotate -90 is right but it still not working. ive tryed rotater 90 to and rotate 180 an everything lol.
 
i dont know lol. basicly when i compile the model. all of valves animations are rotated 90 degrees and dont seem to want to rotate back. whereas my custom animations are fine. its really weird. solution = unknown
