As far as im aware this is the only picture of it, which is the same one in raising the bar. Apparently i was meant to be much larger than the strider...at around 60ft tall :O Scary huh...

A Giant Strider eating monster, I can see how it would be cool in something as close to a cut scene as HL/HL2 gets. But to fight it?

You could have been in the wastelands when your ambushed by a strider, all of a sudden an Antlion King bursts out of the ground and eats the Strider whole, then starts chasing you. You simply have to get the buggy to safety.
It would be cool to see it grab and munch a Dropship straight out of the sky. So many cool cutscene possibilitys, to few gameplay options though.

Anyways, i didnt mean it literaly ate striders but. It was much bigger than a strider, a striders main gun would probably tickle it a bit.

That would have made such a cool cutscene, if a strider busted out and you thought you were screwed and then BAM a sky scraper gets demolished and an ant lion king says hello and gulps down the strider and starts chasing you

I think that it wouldn't be good if it was bigger then a strider, maybe as big a an elephant. I think this because i made the threads that were asking whether earths animals would be able to kill xens, i dont like this because i know there is no damn animal that tall!

I think a whole underground sequence with Antlions guard/Kings and just ordinary ones would be cool. It would make the game alot longer as well.

I like the idea of being chased in a buggy by the ALKing. You manage to find an underground tunnel too small for the beastie and then he starts tunneling after you anyway! Suddenly you find yourself in the Ant Lion tunnel network, the place erupts with ALs as you barrel your way through to the egg chamber.

How cool would that be?!?
