Any expansions being planned?

I've been away from the HL2 scene for a while, and just wondering if valve has said anything about any expansions being released?

There were rumors of one of you playing in Alyx's perspective, but it hasn't been officially announced, and it is currently pure speculation.

Alyx's perspective ay... that would be a tad interesting. I reckon from the view of a Combine soldier would be neat. Sorta like Opposing Force: Source.

Valve is working on a mini-expansion type thing called "The Lost Coast."

It's actually just the coast level from HL2, remixed with some new levels, graphics and gameplay tossed into the mix:

I thought Mark Laidlaw had confirmed the existance of the expansion, but not made any huge announcement.

Lost Coast is taking some time to arrive.
