Any info on the SDK?

I am just wondering if anyone happens to know at what point will the HL2 SDK be released. I mean heck sonce HL2 is delayed having the sdk would hold me over if i could test out maps ive made. What i mean by when will it released i mean to the public.

I expect there is loads of info on the SDK, my guess is it all relates to developing things using HL2.

I just saw somewhere that it was originally supose to come out b4 the release of HL2 so i guess that could be any time. I sure hope its soon though.

Is anyone willing to email gabe about when it would be possible to recieve the sdk or anyone at valve that might know. Its not a huge deal or anything but if you feel like it plz email him. Totally up to you though.

Why would they release an SDK to the public with all the surprises to the intier game... i just think it would be stupid.

B/c didnt it say somewhere that it was originally going to be released b4 the game was first scheduled for sept 30.

Yes, they did say that,but they changed thier minds, and i think only a few people got the SDK, it doesn't really matter anymore because they screwed HL2 with a major bug thats going to take 2 - 3 months to fix, its random and crap.
If anything, they will release maybe 1 movie, thats it.
