Any modern shooter with many real-life weapons?

I just got off playing Metal Gear Online on the PS3 for 8.5 hours in a row, and the feel to the weapons is just great, as is the attention to detail, now I was wondering, does anyone know of any other good shooters out there with real-life weapons, preferably either in large numbers or featuring detailed customization?

I'd say Battlefield 2. It has everything from lots of modern infantry weapons to tanks, planes, and helis. But it lacks the customization you are looking for.

Brigade E5 contains vast quantities of gun porn, but I think you already know about that and its not a shooter.

BF2, also the Project Reality mod for BF2, which adds tons of new weapons, though it doesn't have customizability.

Hell, Counter Strike has loads of real life weapons, just with silly names.

Theres also things like Combat Arms and Warrock which have lots of different weapons and customisabiltiy, but the gameplay is utter toss.

From what I've heard, ArmA 2 has ~130 weapons. I'm not sure if that's counting vehicles.

Oh, and just for giggles, an Osprey (weird hover-plane aircraft) is included in the game.

This game is meh tbh, it's GOOD but it could be way better
On the topic of STALKER with mods, Oblivion Lost adds a shitload of weapons. After the mod i'd say there are easily 150+ weapons to choose from and to be modded. Personally, gotta love the AK-47 (Mini-dragunov)

Given, Confrontation is a botched version, and vets are dissapointed, newcomers would most likely be pretty happy overall.
