Anybody here wear contacts?

Well, I only clean it with tap water and then pour in the proper fluid, in which I keep the contacts for the night, which I guess should take care of any bacteria brought in with water. And I haven't had my eyes hurt me since then, so it seems it even works for the better. So as you see I'm not doing that to save fluid, but because cleaning with fluid only didn't wash out all the dirt from within the case.

Ah I understand your situation a bit more now. Actually, what type of contact solution do you use? Is it an all-purpose one? No rub or rub?

Glasses make you look 605% more sexy. It's scientifically proven. Also no-one touches my eyeballs. Including me.

Word.

I'm wearing contacts right now, and there are dozens of hot girls humping me already.

Why not get laser surgery? It costs less than 400 quid per eye nowadays.

It's certainly on my to-do list.
I've known several people who've had "lasik" (not laser :)) surgery, and they don't like it. You'd better make extra sure you hate glasses as much as you think you do before you go through with the procedure, because it's irreversible. :p Some have reported "artifacts" such as light glare or even partial night blindness, even with respectable surgeons.

BUT, whatever you do, NEVER look into one of those discount lasik centers. After all, this is eye surgery were talking about here, not an auto tune-up or PC upgrade. :p Do some research and make sure it's what you really want and make sure the surgeon is repectable enough to work on your eyes.

I'm going to get laser eye surgery.

One day.

I don't see how that could bother you when they use a bloody laser during the operation.

LASIK stands for Laser-Assisted In Situ Keratomileusis

Saying laser eye surgery is perfectly fine, I'm sorry to rain on your little parade there.

I know, just a pet peeve. Nothing against anybody who would rather say, "laser". :)

And given that lasers are actually used in the surgery, I'll stick to saying laser eye surgery

No rub. Put in fluid for at lest 4 hours (not sure) and they're supposed to be clean.
