Which of the offers were the easiest to cancel, without having to pay anything? So far, Blockbuster looks like the easiest.

By the way, I can't seem to get a confirmation e-mail sent to me. Did anyone else have this problem? I went to "My Account" and told it to send me a confirmation e-mail, but it hasn't worked...
