Anyone else have the ORIGINAL HL box? [pics]

After going to bestbuy and seeing a game called Half-Life I wanted it soo bad but it cost too much my mom said. So after that we went to Wal-Mart and I saw it and it was $26.00!!! OMG they must have mismarked it since this was the 2nd day it was out! I ran to my mom and asked her if we could get it and that it was mis-marked, she said yes and that's how I got half-life!!! :cheers:

i'm in england and the front main part (orange) is the same but it doesn't open up like these. mine opened from the top like some kind of super halflife cereal packet

i also have the original opposing force box, it's the same, just green.

I also have the modern dvd box, with opposing force and blue shift in it, because i bought it two times

ive still got my original cd keys, and the first copy i ever made of my halflife cd.

the original cd's are long gone. who know what the hell happened to em like most of the crap i buy.

... I also don't own Opposing Forces or Blue Shift, but I've completed them all.

I had the original box. I got HL when it first came out. I have since moved several times and have had to throw it away. Oh well, I have the orignial CD case still.

I only have the 2nd edition of the HL: Generations. The one without the HL1 t-shirt & without the biiig boxes

But I got CS 1.0 for free with it

I bought the original Half-Life at EB, man that box is shit looking. i always hated the illustration of Freeman on the front, one of his eyes looked ****ed up. At least they've imroved the art for HL2.

I worked in a gaming store back then, and got it the day it came out. I let a "friend" borrow it ages ago, and he was a druggie and sold my copy at a pawn store (along with about seven other games I let him borrow) to get money for drugs. I never saw my release day copy ever again....
Had to buy the GOTY edition

I had every single box of every video game I had ever bought on my shelf, including the Half-Life adrenaline pack... but sadly, I threw them all away about a week ago, I was seriously running out of room. I couldn't fit anything anywhere.

I wish Intergay would sell THQ the rights to Freespace so that Volition could make a Freespace 3.

Well Intergay is bankrupt, and Volition are now a bunch of console sellouts, so I wouldn't count on a FS3 unless it is a fan made effort.
