Anyone get this error and know how to fix

i dl'd the full install 700mb version of steam used it for two day and now i get this error

anyone know what is causing this or how to fix it?

I also get it, with the old JIT Debugging errors (you can see that it says that on the pic) it worked when you reinstalled it and thats what im going to try.

Did you state your age below 13? Try re-installing, that's the best way to solve these types of problems.

Its a bug Javert, i stated my age over 13 but still it comes up, but i tried reinstalling and it worked.
