Anyone here play Test Drive Unlimited on the 360?

I find it hard to believe that i'm the only person on these forums in love with this game...

...and to make it better, Atari have just released more cars for it, including the mother of all sexy cars, the Ferrari 250 GTO

Hmm, i enjoyed the demo, but tbh i'm not feeling any great desire to go out and get it. I adore PGR3, and can't wait for Forza2, but i'm not that fussed about test drive, may get it at some point when i come across it at a great price though.

i got it and yes itis awesome, i just got the car pack today as well and im loving the countash(sp?). ive just hit ace rank after ages messing about with the inter club race wins achievement. had to win 6 before i got my achievement, all in a row too.

Heh, i'm still Champion ... like 94% complete - just have 27 more multiplayer races to win, and then the 3 club races ... and then im done!

I love the new car pack ... yeah that countach(sp) is mint, and the CCR modded to level 3 can hit over 290mph if you draft it. Scary stuff!

by the way has anyone head of peoples percentage complete going down after the patch? i was on 99% with just the inter club race wins to achieve and then i got the patch and i was back down to 87% or there abouts.

like i said before ive done that inter club achievement now and ive got ace rank but im still only on maybe 90% complete, do i have to buy all cars and houses? ive got about 73 cars and 17 houses, what about clothes? or do i just have to get a 'pefect' in all the hitch-hiker etc challenges

You have to be at 100% to hit Ace rank :S

If you have a look down the Test Drive Unlimited achievements list, you need to unlock them all to be an Ace. I've just got 3 left (15 mp races, 30 mp races and 3 club races). yeah i have done them all, but after the patch my percentage complete dropped for some reason. ive done all of them (achievements) which you would think would mean id done everything there is to do in the game, but there must be something otherwise it would show 100% complete. either way, check my profile on xbox.com 1000gs = ace

edit: ive just read on the atari forums that theres the possibility of % complete scores being put back because of new downloadable content such as races, etc that would need to be reflected in the % score

Ahh I see what you mean now, I didn't know the in-game percentage dropped back after the update ... mine stayed the same!

It's not that i'm bored with it - at all - it's just that when I sit down in the TV room for a bit of console action, the Wii shouts 'PLAY ON ME!!!' louder than the 360. Give me a shout when you get on Live, i'll go cruising with you
