Anyone not able to get there SKD Model Viewer to work!!! HELP!!!

I cant get my MODEL VIEWER to open! It just crashes!!! Do i have to open that Hammer program first? Ive reinstalled and downloaded the SDK stuff. HELP! Heres a pic of the error!!

WOOHOO IM NOT NUTS!!! On another forum everbody said theres worked. I was like "OH CURD ITS JUST ME!!!"

Its weird because it worked for me in the leak (GASPS I HAD THE LEAK).
