What's the difference between Multiplayer CZ and Counter-Strike?

Not a great deal. Improved hostage AI. Refined models and maps (although you may get the models in CS1.6 if you have CZ). Few minor gameplay changes. That's about it.

Why not just get a CZ model and map pack and play on the CS 1.6 server? Pretty much the same thing.

The 1.2 update introduced several new models like guerrila class and new weapon models. so there's still a difference. Besides, it was my brother's, so I didn't pay for it.
