It's not a big deal since it's only 128MB, but I guess I somehow removed my flash drive too soon from a PC I was working on (it was like 5 minutes after the file transfer) and now my PC won't read my flash drive. Is there anyway to recreate the partition or w/e a flash drive uses? I couldn't find any articles.

Does your PC still detect the flash drive and simply not read it due to file corruption, or does it not get detected at all when you stick it in?

It gets detected, it just says "Unreadable". If the drive is corrupted that's fine, but if I can fix it that would be a little better.

Edit: The drive won't format either.

hmm ive never had this problem before nor do i ever use safely remove hardware is the warranty still active u should call the company about it

See if the manufacturer has some kind of diagnostics program on their website.

Else call/email their tech support.

This happened to me, and I had to RMA it. Couldn't fix it.

It came free with my AMD Processor, so I doubt I can send it back (Newegg.com) since it's been since May since I ordered it. Oh well, just gotta throw it out. I want to get a 1GB flash drive anyway. Thanks for the help :)

Try to see if you can format it using another program like RecoverMyFiles.. I swear by that :)

If your gonna get a new flash drive, check out ebay. Lots of super-cheep ones.
