Rioters are already gearing up. Riot plans have unfortunately been leaked, sales of spray cans and bricks have skyrocketed in the last few days.

This will be hurled at the cranium of the great evil dictator, George the ****ing dumbass Bush.

Ah, the last time we had a meeting on free trade, an entire province was put under police martial law here, and about 110,000 combat police troops were sent there, just to protect the site of the meeting.

Then they're not like the regular commies that Denmark's having a lot of problems dealing with. I still can't get over that one clip of a South Korean police officer shafting a demonstrator with his riot shield. You've probably seen that one haven't you, Numbers? He hit that guy so perfect that he just stayed down. THAT is the way to deal with violent individuals like this.

Ah, that one. Our police had to change their sheilds because of that clip. Now they use plastic instead, and therfore combat injuries occur more often.

Ok, I know that they may be peaceful (and stupid), and if they're legal and peaceful, I don't have a problem with them protesting (in secluded areas). But if they protest illegally, then I have a problem.

Besides, its so much simpler that way. Imagine if there wern't any more opinionated politicians and religious figures. Imagine the peace it would create. Nobody would fight any more internally over issues! There would be no more riotsing because of policies! No more peaople getting their skulls bashed in or burted to their deaths!


Just imagine.

stupid? stupid? most of the people I have encountered who have gone to these things are lawyers, teachers, academic etc ..the flipside, those that decry basic democratic rights (ie protesting) usually look like this

I believe in standing up for one's rights through peaceful protest and the democratic process if possible. If those options are still open and you start throwing bricks at peoples' heads you should fully expect to be subdued and arrested.

Well, to be honest, most of the people I've seen protesting are simple labor and minimum wage workers. (No offense meant to anyone. I know that minimum wage workers are equally human as lawyers and whatnot.)


And often thosse who condemn the labor workers protesting are the intellectuals of society.

I wonder if Stern feels like an asshole after seeing that clip of the police officer being kidnapped. By the way, why the hell is your riot police not properly armed? One sight of that flamethrower and they ought to be in a pool of blood writhing in pain, if they're even alive after being shot.
