I remember watching this great documentry on Al Jazeera it was either on the BBC or channel 4 I can't remember.

The main person they followed was some reporter/producer guy and he had dinner with the American army representitive. Was a very good documentary is suggest you all watch it.

They had this guy from the US who phoned up and basically was some anti war nonsense and the guy who let him on the air got a right bollocking and was told never to bring on such biased sources again, was very refreshing to see.

So those people who are always yabbering on " Oh they support terrorists and spread hate for the west" Find me evidence.

EDIT: I am also suprised at how easily one type of "biased" media can so easily trump another kind of "biased" media, so to speak. The fact that a horribly biased media source can paint a comparatively more neutral media source as being more biased than themselves, to protect their intrests and their viewer's opinions, bothers me deeply. It would be an amazing day when western media stations might broadcast Al-Jazeera on their stations, just so westerners can get an idea of what all their "terroristic, evil, west-hating" media coverage is all about.

and it makes sense. especially if al jazeera gets broadcast in the west.

al jazeera will be broadcasting in canada soon enough ...fox"news" is trying to get into canada ..although I dont know how canadians will take to it ..too patriotic, too anti-canadian ..oh and I'm sure ann coulture will be a huge hit in canada :upstare:

No better then your, "Ask an American" show -- or whatever the like is called. I mean, we could argue FoxNews as being anti-canadian; but the show im referencing is right out there without trying to hide anything.
