I was a big fan of appleseed during the 80's..one of the best written manga titles out there

I'm not much into anime/manga, but that looks pretty good. I like the CG styling they did. That is 3d with cel shading, right?

The technique they are using is quite interesting. Almost makes me want to see it.

Now if they'd just get rid of the 3 inch diameter eyes, the corny anime style, and the dumb looking hair I might actually like it.

That's cel-shaded CGI, sortof the same as what they use for alot of the horse scenes in Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron.
