if it's just the vivendi universal president of international operations who has said this i see any reason to believe it.

ehm... Vivendi also said that it wouldn't be out Sept. 30:th, and look who was right that time.

I may not trust everything coming out of their mouths blindly, but they do know a hell of a lot more than you about how finished the games is, and when it probably will be going gold.

edit: another useless thread, imho... come up with some real discussions, not just dumbfounded thoughts and theories, please.

Vivendi changed the release date in June, if you have missed it. Valve said sep 30th, but Vivendi said holiday 2003 already back then.

Insider info! hmmm I think the hacker was maybe an employee ov Vivendi no?

Unless Valve has confirmed the 2004 release, it still is planned for the Holidays. End of story.

im surprised Vivendi are so quick to tell of delay, HL2 would look very good under Q4 profits, unless there 100% sure of a delay and are getting ready for damage control.

I say you go buy it the day you can see the box on your local gamestore shelf with your own two eyes... anything else is subject to lies and cheating, and should never be trusted fully. I want physical proof, not some office clerks word
