They never promised more than 1 player model per team.

It was rumored that they probably would back in the big december update.

Was never filed true though.

It'll come, the CTs having the same model makes sense, but since when do terrorists have uniforms, especially ones they got on teh discount rack at Old Navy.

I must admit, the terrorists have a stunning sense of style, I mean the vest + head sock combo, BRILLIANT!

They introduced a new CT model, why not let you pick from the old one and the new one? It'd be a start towards the model choosing of old.
