However if any of ye have read Starship Troopers(The Book,Not movie)Thats the Government I want.It might not fit what I have there but it the one I would choose over full democracy

Basically to Vote you must be a vetern of the Military Service.You cant vote if you have never been in the military nor if you're still in the military.It is done this way so that after the stint in the MI or Fleet you will hopefully have some sort of Social Responsibility which most will agree is lacking in current systems(I mean,How many votes are spoiled each year,Do peope who do that deserve to vote??!)

Yeah, I got confused by that. Either way, my answer would have been Strongly Disagree. Racially, there's pretty much no difference. And the only real advantage we have over other species is our brains.
