The graphics are almost identical to the XB vers, sure higher res and hires textures, but that's not surprising seeing as the ArmA engine was built from the OFPE one.:)
I look more forward to "OFP2" tho.
I wish they'd try out their dynamic campaign in ArmA, but I guess I'll have to wait for "OFP2".:p
ArmA is anyway basically just a test-ground for improvements for "OFP2".:D

Q1 2k6.. hmm.. I was hoping for December this year for ArmA..:)

OFPE did that, and that's XB1, so it's only the third game, but if you mean PC only, then yes.:)

Wow, exaggeration of the cntury, it looks like the XB version with a higher draw distance, better LOD and higher resolutions, and perhaps a few more polygons on the characters, but that's about it.:)

Hell, I've talked with Paul(PR manager) about it at the GameSpot OFPE forum for example.
You should be grateful, he said that without the knowledge they gained doing the XB version they wouldn't've been able to do ArmA, seeing as they laid all the groundwork via the OFPE development.:)

Good ol' Placebo. :p
So will I need the original game to play this? I lost my resistance cd key. :(

Looks like things need to be filled in more, but it does look quite impressive.

True fans of OFP will know the depth this game will have, it may not have the best gfx of games like hl2 & bf2 but this game will offer so much more.

Bring it on, I cant wait.

Who would of ever thought?
I guess haveing Gameplay is so rare now days that it has to be put on a features list.
Jking of course.

Problem is Mineral, that it's actually true.

How many of you are going to get this game when it comes out?
Hopefully BIS will give us (armed-assault-zone) a chance to give it whirl and preview it before its out.
