Looking at the animations and everything I would definitely say it's real gameplay. Looks a lot better than the screenshots they were releasing before.

Man, that trailer was one of the lamest ever. Did he mention Terrell Owens?! Ugh...what a bunch of crap.

The gameplay looks alright (looks like it takes a page from GoW's cover dynamic), but the AI co-op player better not be making those wisecracks all the damn time!

Well, i found the trailer on gamespot and i have to say it looks like my kind of game, really looking forward to a demo (if they release one) and if not then i guess i'll wait for the release
