Assassin's Creed film

I think more and more Game Devs. will start to do things like this soon. The worlds they create are larger than the games that normally inhabit them.

I think it would be good to seem them exploit the worlds they create, in fact good on 'em.

It's not good. It's cheesy, and unnecessary. Video games are better way to tell a story.

They cost more to make (as opposed to a low budget youtube short)

do like, i still need to finish the 1st game. i trade it in but i feel compelled to play more

It depends. A movie could be a good way to elaborate on the backstory of the universe.

Take Fallout for instance, you could make a political thriller focusing on Poseidon Oil and the Enclave in 2077, happening over the course of 23rd October 2077.

Or focusing on Roger Maxson and the exodus from Mariposa.

Or even set during the closing stages of the Euro-Arab war, as the oil fields in the Middle East dry up and soldiers have to fight a running battle as they desperately try to reach European positions. Think Black Hawk Down, but grittier and with a retro-50s European aesthetic (all the scares of the period etc.)

Don't worry. I'm sure Bethesda has plans to make a Fallout game set in Europe/Middle East.

Why is the assassin 90 years old? Is that supposed to be Ezio's faja?
