i'm not going to be extreme here (because after all, I'm a staff "role model"), but I must say that that radio chat is horrible. A bunch of whiny little kids talking about stuff we already know. There may be whiny little kids all over this forum, but at least we don't have to hear their voices.

Fact is, they're trying their best and it's brand new so they're still getting a taste for what people want, what people enjoy, etc.

I think this interview I was listening to about 5 minutes ago was a bit of a screw up, the interviewer didn't seem to know what he was on about but apart from that, bleh - it's ok.
 
Be ok ifthey rgoing to get official news from valve about hl2otherwise its as good as any other website speculation except witout the awful music:cool:

lol, I listened in before and they were appauling, showing a complete lack of mixing skills, crossfading songs with different beats and overlaying "Half life radio" jingles in a poor manner (The jingle had it's own beat, so it would clash against the songs own beat.)

Thank god I was just wasting time before Kalifornia on Channel 4.

I think hl2.net needs its own radio setup. I bet it would be easily 3 times as geeky as them. plus it could have swearing and racism.
