ATI All in Wonder or regular 9800 Pro?

I'm deciding on which video card to buy for Half-Life 2, and to be honest, its a toss up. Right now Comp USA is offering a $50 mail-in rebate for the All In Wonder Radeon 9800 Pro, which would place it at the same retail price as a regular 9800 Pro. What I want to know is if all those extra multimedia bells and whistles on the All In Wonder affect 3D performance in any way. I don't want to get this card thinking it'll run like a regular 9800 Pro and have it turn out to work like a 9700 Pro. Any and all info would be appreciated.

If it is the same price ...definetly go for the AIW .....you may find that some of that extra stuff will come in handy some day.
