Yes, the ATI voucher coupon will be equivelant to the steam Bronze package (HL2 & CS: Source), if you want to upgrade to a more expensive package all you do is pay the difference.

there will be an option to upgrade when you go to the steam options tomorrow when you choose to purchase hl2. There will be a small fee to upgrade.

As it says on the news page of www.steampowered.com, if you have an ATi voucher and want to upgrade, you will be given credit for your purchase equal to the price of the bronze package. So Silver = $10, Gold = $40.

I'm upgrading to Gold.
