I just installed it, and so far so good. I'm hoping it resolves some problems I was having with Windows not loading correctly.

Does anyone know what some of the expected fixes were?

Connecting a CRT and FPD to an ATI RADEON™ 9600 series under Windows XP no longer results in the driver failing to keep the CRT and FPD enabled once the system is rebooted
Yes! Yes! They fixed it! Woooooooooo! :)

Thanks for the link Evil Beaver... I guess I was too lazy to look for that... :p

Hmmm... D/led and installed.. but now it puts my AGP settings at 0....whenever i try to bump it up..it just changes back when I restart. If this causes any problems..I'll have to roll back to the earlier version.

Try re-running the Smart GART test?

Anyhow, I upgraded to 3.10 as well (I was running the beta version before that), have had no problems, working fine for me

Great! These new drivers solve absolutely none of my problems! Yay!

How do you run the smartgart test?
Right click desktop > Properties > Settings > Advanced > SMARTGART (tm) (tab) > Retest All

I had to revert back to 3.7 because 3.8 and 3.9 totally screw up the menus in Empires: Dawn of the Modern World. Would anyone happen to know if this is resolved in 3.10? If not, I'll wait until I stop playing that game to upgrade.

I believe it's because it's the 10th release of the driver in the year 2003

I'v never actually noticed any improvement in the Omega drivers over the normal ones, although they often seem to be slower.
