If any of you bought an ATI video card that had the hl2 coupon in it and have tried to register, has anyone fully registered online and have recieved a confirmation?
When I try to register at the website, found here
https://www.atihl2offer.com/halflife2Notify.asp?type=system
I cant get it to fully work after filling out everything, and I think its that below the checkbox for ati offers, there is a signature and a blank line, and im assuming you have to sign it, yet you can only get the complete registration form after signing it, but how the hell do I do that online?
If anyone can help me out or has fully completed the offer please email me at
[email protected]

Complete the fulfillment order form and mail it along with the following:
You obviously have to print it out and send it to one of the addresses at the bottom of the page.

The site also says this
1. Photocopy of the Half-Life® 2 Coupon showing your activation key code - exposed
2. Photocopy of sales receipt with the qualifying ATI or ATI partner 3D graphics board purchase circled
3. Completed Fulfillment Order Form Confirmation Page

And you can only get that after sigining it online somehow........

Well, after you fill it all out, and press submit, I believe it will go to a printable version. Then you will sign it and then send it with the receipt and coupon photocopy.

i wouldn't send my key code to anyone....................... :hmph:

P.S. Awesome avatar man

Stupid goin retail w/the ati offer IMO. You need to wait 4-6 weeks to get it after everyone else does :dozey:

Everyone, who cares. Just copy/download the CD when it comes out.
Screw ATI. They are making a lot of money on our asses on fake shipping charges.
According to the law, we own the game if we have a CD-key. Therefore, we may have as many backup copies of the game as we want.
