ATI Promotion Half-Life 2 "Coupons"

Does anyone have any idea what 'version' of Half-Life 2 will people with the coupons get? I'm just curious because my friend wants to sell me his coupon and I'm trying to figure out if it comes with CS:Source or not.

it should come with CS:S, but you wont be able to download CS:S beta via steam

No matter what "version" you get (SP, SP/MP, Collector's) you'll get CS:S with it. It might not be in the box, but at least it will be availble for you to download via steam provided you have installed and registered HL2 onto your Steam account id.

According to previous news... didn't people at Valve said 'cheapstake' version won't come with any ports?... just singleplayer only?

Just make sure the CD-KEY isn't already registered to your mate (online, via STEAM), otherwise the coupon will be useless.

The only people that won't get it are the people with the singleplayer only version, because it can't run mods. Duh.

Last I heard ATI key owners will get the CS:S beta. And will be able to download the full version of HL2, including CS:S. Check other threads. This has been beaten to death. But I'm always up for another smack!

Okay... From what I've seen on these boards... This hasn't come up anywhere... W/ the ticketness for HL2... Will any version be free? What I'm wondering is if the CE (Collector's Edition) will have an extra cost even w/ the voucher... And I needa know what difference the collector's edition has from the normal full version of the game!
