ati voucher = hl and all the mods aswell?

im kinda pissed of cos i cant remember my steam password, and steam doesnt seem to want to send me an email to help me sort this problem out.
anyway i ordered a 9800xt with the hl2 voucher, i think i remeber reading that this vouched will get all the hl1 mods, plus hl1 itself before hl2 comes out? anyone know if this is true, like somone with an ATI voucher?

yeah i'm almost positive with a hl2 voucher you'll get hl1 and all its steam mods.

I can verify that. It most certainly does allow you to use that same key to register for HL1, CS, OP4, DOD, TFC, Ricochet, and DMC.

It does now, when HL2 got officially delayed they announced it as a "sorry" I think, a damn nice sorry if you don't already own these products

surely if this was the case, which i personally doubt, the user could just back up the game(s) and play offline?

Oh well, I bought the HL Platinum Pack a while ago, so one of my computers already has it. And my secondary Computer is gonna be my HL2 LAN Server anyway, so it doesnt bother me at all.

damn evil valve, i think it should be a gift for life, not just untill hl2 comes out considering the time delay of releasing the game that the xt cards were sold along side with. oh well, i doubt ill be playing much hl1 when hl2 is out anyway.
